Returns

We really want you to be happy with your Wearhouse gear. 
If you need to return an item, you can request that we send you a return slip. Please email our Returns Team at returns@wildcatwearhouse.zendesk.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we'll e-mail you a return slip that you can use to send the item back to us. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers who return items after 30 days will be refunded with in-store credit. When we receive the returned products we will immediately reimburse the credit card you paid with or issue in-store credit.

If it was our fault we will accept the return charges, but if the return item is, for example, a size change or unwanted item, $6 will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.

If you are exchanging a product, we suggest creating a new order and purchase the desired product. That way you can be certain that the product you're wanting is in-stock and will get to you ASAP. Then, when we receive your returned merchandise we will automatically reimburse your card. If for some reason you need a new return label, please email our Returns Team at returns@wildcatwearhouse.zendesk.com.
