Our Online Return Policy

We really want you to be happy with your Wearhouse gear. If you need to return an item, you can request that we send you a return slip. Please email our Wearhouse Support Team at

In your email, include your name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we'll e-mail you a return slip that you can use to send the item back to us. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers who return items after 30 days will be refunded with in-store credit. When we receive the returned products we will immediately reimburse the credit card you paid with or issue in-store credit.

If it was our fault...

...we will accept the return charges, but if the return item is, for example, a size change or unwanted item, $6 will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.

If you are exchanging a product...

...we suggest creating a new order and purchase the desired product. That way you can be certain that the product you're wanting is in-stock and will get to you ASAP. Then, when we receive your returned merchandise we will automatically reimburse your card. If for some reason you need a new return label, please email our Wearhouse Support Team at

How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
Sign in to your account in the top right of the site. If the fulfillment status on your most recent order is listed as "unfulfilled", then contact our Wearhouse Support Team immediately at If the fulfillment status is listed as "fulfilled", it has been picked up by the shipping carrier and you will need to wait for the order to be shipped. Once received, email our Wearhouse Support Team at to return your item(s).

Can I return an online order at one of your stores?
We would be happy to give your online purchase a refund or exchange at any of our stores.  Use our  Store Locator page to find the store nearest you.
