We really want you to be happy with your Wildcat Wearhouse gear. In the unlikely event you’re not, we'll do just about anything to make it right!
If you need to return an item, you can request that we send you a return slip. Please contact us here and include your name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we'll e-mail you a return slip that you can use to send the item back to us. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers who return items after 30 days will be refunded with in-store credit.
When we receive the returned products we will immediately reimburse the credit card you paid with or issue in-store credit.
If it was our fault we will accept the return charges, but if the return item is, for example, a size change or unwanted item, $6 will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
If you are exchanging a product, we suggest creating a new order and purchase the desired product. That way you can be certain that the product your wanting is in-stock and will get to you ASAP. Then, when we receive your returned merchandise we will automatically reimburse your card.
